🌿✨ To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

 🔹 Check-In & Check-Out
✅ Check-in: After 3:00 PM
✅ Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Please inform us in advance for early check-in or late check-out requests.)

 🔹 Respect & Cleanliness
✅ Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
✅ No smoking inside the apartment. A designated smoking area is available outside.
✅ Dispose of trash properly and recycle when possible.

 🔹 Guest Policy
✅ Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
✅ No unannounced visitors or parties.

  🔹 Noise & Community Respect
✅ Please keep noise levels low, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
✅ Be respectful of neighbors and common areas.

  🔹 Pets & Safety
✅ No pets allowed (unless agreed upon in advance).
✅ Lock doors and windows when leaving for security purposes.

 🔹 Damage & Responsibility
 ✅ Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
✅ Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We appreciate your cooperation in making Floral House a welcoming space for everyone. Enjoy your stay!
