📜 Terms and Conditions – Floral House

🌿🏡 By booking and staying at Floral House, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These rules help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests.
  1️⃣ Booking & Payment A valid ID and contact information must be provided at check-in. Full payment is required before check-in. Security deposits may be required and will be refunded upon check-out if no damages occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
 2️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy Free cancellation available up to 2 days before check-in (Specify your cancellation policy). Cancellations made after this period may be partially or fully non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
 3️⃣ Guest Responsibilities Guests must follow all house rules during their stay. Any damage, loss, or excessive mess caused by the guest may result in additional charges. Guests must respect quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and avoid disruptive behavior. The number of guests must not exceed the booking confirmation.
 4️⃣ Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may be subject to extra charges.
 5️⃣ Liability & Safety Floral House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests must lock the apartment when leaving and ensure all valuables are secure. Any accidents or injuries occurring on the property must be reported immediately, but we do not take liability for personal injuries.
 6️⃣ No-Smoking & No-Pet Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A designated smoking area is available outside. No pets allowed, unless approved in advance.
 7️⃣ Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings to guests who fail to comply with our policies or behave inappropriately. Any illegal activity or violation of the terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without a refund. By booking your stay at Floral House, you agree to these terms.
